PHP error when attempting to Review Payment

I'm not the PHP type, I'm the HTML type unfortunately and I'm a bit lost. I had a friend attempt to order from my shop and she told me it failed when she got to review payment. Fortunately though, she's sent me the error she received:

I've only done one other sale in my shop since I got ZenCart running and had no problems with it. I thought I might have set something wrong in my taxes or something, but I can't for the life of me see where. ANY help would be appreciated! Thanks for listening..

Oh, forgot to mention, I have not been able to duplicate the error with my test profile.

If she was using PayPal Express Checkout at the time this happened, then you need to apply the latest PPEC patch for v1.3.7:

I've loaded the patch, same problem. She's tried IE and Firefox as well as the two different Paypal options (one listed as Paypal IPN and the other as Pay now with Paypal with a button in my checkout).

She sent me a screen shot of when she gets the error, it's when she clicks the Pay Now button that she still gets the same errors as in my top post.

Gonna call a time out on myself here!

I realized I did not apply the entire patch (as I went to REDO it). My web store is not my day job yet...that's what I get for working on it at six in the morning...I'll be back if it doesn't work.

I don't mean to keep bumping myself, but since I can't edit my old posts...

I try to fix one thing and break another. Uploaded the most recent patches, and now I cannot access my admin panel though the store is still up. Before I uploaded the patches and Paypal patches to fix the previous problem, I had no Paypal module when I thought I did previously..

Anyway, this is my new error message:
