checkout success button missing

Hi, am using zen 1.3.7 and have just noticed that upon checkout success - there should be a logoff image. However i only see text saying either 'BUTTON_LOG_OFF_ALT' or 'BUTTON_IMAGE_LOG_OFF'.

have checked my button images folder and the logoff.gif is there....any ideas??
