error when trying to activate Paypal Express Checkout

I recently moved to 1.3.7 (from 1.3.5). I applied all the current patches, but when attempting to activate the Paypal module, it says 'not configured yet' and I receive a 'Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_cfg_password_input() in /home/iza/public_html/airmusique/admin/modules.php(283) : eval()'d code on line 1'. Did I miss something?

Your /admin/includes/functions/general.php didn't get updated fully when you did your site upgrade.
