Setting up FREE Products with shipping attributes

I have one product that we are going to be giving away FREE, but the customer must pay shipping.

I trying to setup a new product item with an option for the buyer on the same screen to choose STANDARD $7.99 OR RUSH SHIPPING $15.99. Is there a way to do this and have it calulated into the final price.

anyone know how I can do this??

The easiest way would be to clone the Flat Rate module and change the language files accordingly. Then they'll both show up at checkout and the customer can choose.
