How do you edit the confirmation email- take out order #

How do you edit the confirmation email- take out order #

We don't want to show the order number on the confirmation email. We just want the subject to say "Order Confirmation" and then in the body of the email we do not want to list the "Order Number: 40"

Is this possible?

When you have the order number on the email out to your customers it shows the customers how many orders you've ever had. We don't want this number on the email out to the customer. We don't care if it is on the confirmation that comes to us.

Much easier and better is to change the starting order number from the admin - Admin> Tools> Store Manager

Yes, create a test order, then you can update the order number
