Request help with the shopping cart

Please help me i have a shopping cart installed but when i try to add a product to a category i get errror message 404 can any one help me with this so i can start uploading products to my categories please.

Try reloading the files from the Zip of Zen Cart v1.3.7 that you got from our Download link at the top of the screen ...

This sounds like a bad up load of file(s) with your FTP program ...
