Cant delete products

When I use the delete functionin admin to delete a product it doesnt remove it. The screens all work and indicate that everything went ok.

Any advice appreciated

Re: Cant delete products

What version of Zen Cart are you running?

Clean install or an upgrade?

How did you do the install or upgrade?

Has this ever worked for you?

Re: Cant delete products

We are on v1.3.7 and that version has a bug on deleting products ...

Be a great time for an upgrade ...

Don't forget the patch at:

Re: Cant delete products

There is not really a patch for it ...

There are numerous issues in v1.3.0.2 that you really want to upgrade ...

Upgrade a test directory and test database to practice and get everything functional ...

A search on:
/new_shop

Would find quite a number of threads that give examples of a safe upgrade ...

NOTE: backup both your site and your database before upgrading ...
