A couple of questions on sort options
-
When browsing categories my + and - (asc and desc) sort buttons are gone...not sure where along the way they disappeared, maybe when I added the grid layout addon? I checked ADMIN>CONFIG> and they are still there...I even updated them, nothing.

The above isn't too important as I prefer a different option for sort which I'd like to be able to use on all my pages. When I use the New Products link, there is a drop-down box where you can sort everything by Name,Price,Date Added. This is great for sorting the new products...how do I use this drop-down box everywhere?
2b. If I can use the drop-down box, how can I edit it to get rid of the MODEL option?
TIA
