Header Image not showing

I have downloaded a template from the dowloads section of zen-cart. Barebones. But the new header image I have put is not showing up in the store.

This is the link can anyone make any suggestions.

I set up the custom folder and added the template which all went fine.

Does the need an override and if so how can this be done.

Did you get this fixed? I see an image in the header now.
