Dont understand Install sql patches in Admin - trying to install Froogle feeder

Is this thread still about using the SQL Patch tool, or is it now about how to use the Froogle feeder contrib?

Don't be loading froogle.txt files in the SQLPatch screen ...

I suppose it has strayed from the original question.....which was answered and OP completed the task.....and then we strayed......oh look something shiny gotta go

Yes it has strayed. Felt Others following are beginners or help. Beginners might also have the same problem just as quickly as I did.

The positive results that you found at Froogle were from me downloading the froogle.txt file that the feeder created in my root/feed and then bulk uploading that to google base.

I did it that way because I sat and looked at the same screen saying

   Froogle Data Feeder v.1.3.3 07.02.2007 20:45 started 2007/03/17 23:38:52

Feed file - /home/content/d/a/n/stomp16424/html/feed/froogle.txt
Processing: Feed - No, Upload - Yes
Upload started...

For about a half an hour.
It still doesnt do anymore than that. Thanks for checking up on status in froogle tho.

BTW, you will need to change the name of your upload file from 'froogle.txt' to the name you gave for your feed file when you created your Google Base account.

You'll need to change the filename physically (on your server) and also in the config for the GoogleFroogle mod in admin->configuration->google froogle configuration. Make sure you also enter your username/password in there too.
