How do I make the 'Best Sellers' box appear on every page?

Hi fellow Zen Cart people,

Does anyone know how to make the 'Best Sellers' box appear on every page. At the moment it appears on some pages and not on others. Can anyone help?

Best sellers is based on either all products, when there isn't a specific category or the category that you are in ...

This means that there would have to be a sale in the category to see it ... otherwise there would be nothing to rank as the "best seller" ...
