Can anyone write a simple code for me?

I knew very little about php.
The function of the code is adding multiple licence keys once in the admin. I knew in myphyadmin I can do it, but each time it only allow me add or remove one key.
Very appricated if anyone can do it for me. If you don't have time do it all, please give me an example. If you can develop some good codes which can be easy to use, I can donate some money to you. :)
