Attribute Discounts by Group

And to further complicate things I would like
One group to get a discount on BOTH Attributes (Size and Framed/Unframed)
while another can only get a discount on ONE Attribute (Size and Framed)
The only solution I have found so far is special pricing for the other region..
To be more specific -
Retail and Wholesale pricing
By Attribute
By Region - so some Regions get some attributes and not others…

Possible? Anyone done this?

Is it possible to have Customer Group Discounts apply
only to some attributes and not all attributes...

A case where pricing is by region on some attributes and could
use Group Pricing to control that..
