Can't move Add to Cart box - sticks on top

I have looked through the threads and can't find an answer.

I have created a custom template for mods, and moved the tpl file for products in the custom folder - and moved the pertinent code to the bottom of the page (at various locations) and when I look at the page - the Add to Cart Box remains on the right side of the screen above the breadcrumbs line. I have moved it to center with the CSS - and have deleted it (removing the code from the tpl file) but no matter where I put it - the box is above the breadcrumb line. I have even modified the original file not in my custom folder - same thing happens.

So, after 4 hours of research and experiment - I am at a loss. Any suggestions?
