Install fatal error....HELP

I'm trying to install ZC to my new server (tech destroyed my web BEFORE I could download the files...geez) and get this error message.

You seem to be missing includes/classes/class.base.php.

Try re-uploading all the shop files and run the installer again.

Ok. I did that. Did the whole install thing again and got the Congrats screen, but when I selected the got to web I got the same error. I was able to enter the admin area tough.
Any suggestions?
