Need a change to Who's Online box

In the Who's Online sidebox, I would like it to say shopper instead of guest and shoppers instead of guests when applicable (plural). The word "member" will stay as is.

Still being quite new to Zen Cart, I have looked in what I thought were logical files, and have searched for the word "guest" so that I could change it to "shopper", but no luck. Alas, I will need a nudge to send me in the right direction......

many thanks,
Shirley

Admin > tools > developers tool kit
Down the bottom in "Look up all files" enter guest
to the right select All Files
click search

If you still can't find it, ask again & I will point you closer
Its better if you learn how to find these things then to be pointed straight to them :D

Re: Need a change to Who's Online box

ya know, I just want to say two things...........

  1. to gilby.......you did that JUST RIGHT! I did not know how to use that function in the tools and now I do. You are so right, that is the best way for me to learn. Thank you so much!

and 2. what a great tool that is! I had, of course, seen it and seen it mentioned on the forum before, but it looked really scary to mess with, so until now, I never touched it.

kudos to gilby for such good help and to the Zen team for such a great cart program.

many thanks,
Shirley
