Can I set the start Number for Orders?

Can I set the start Number for Orders?

Is it possible to set the Order's Numver to start at 1000 instead of 1 ?

I've been looking in the admin and cant seem to find a place for this.

Admin> Tools> Store Manager - You will need to place a test order so there is a number in the system, then follow the instructions for changing the number.
