remove # of units in stock

remove # of units in stock

How do I have the cart track the number of units in stock, and display the sold out graphic if the item is out of stock, but not display the text # of units in stock on the items???

Admin> Catalog> Product Types> General Products> Edit Layout> Show Quantity in Stock Display Quantity in Stock on Product Info 0= off 1= on
