new install no index file in cart folder

Hi. I Installed zen cart onto a windows xp machine running WAMP5. The Wamp side is functioning ok and the install proceeded without errors.
I can access the admin pages but just get a blank page when trying to view the cart. The install directory is c:\wamp\www\cart. No index.php file has been created in this directory so there is nothing to find when I navigate my browser to http://localhost/cart/index.php.
(If I manually create an index page then it displays ok).

Please help. Thanks

Re upload the files from the distribution.

Thanks for the help. I started from the beginning, reinstalled WAMP5 and this time used c:\htdocs as the root web folder. Installed zen cart again and it all works fine now. Looks great. Off to have a play now.
