Newbie Help Please - weight not picking up

Hi everyone and thanks to all for the great help you give here.

Am almost finished setting up my cart, but when placing test orders, if I have like 4 of an item it picks up the price correctly, but in the check out it will only pick up the weight for 1 item instead of for 4 items.

Have you an URL to this magical Product that only has weight applied once? :smile:

Oops - forgot to add that I am using 3rd party software - USPS and UPS - and they are both picking the same weight, so know have done something stupid someplace.

6 bars of soap at .375/bar should be 2.25 lbs and they show .75/lb

Did you upgrade your site?

Try creating a new account and see if everything isn't suddenly working right ...

I get 2.25 lbs in all of the listing ...

What is your ship from address and ship to address?

NOTE: Castile Type Soap Bars does not have a weight on it ... but Luxury Bath Bar has weight of .375 and works fine ...

Note: if you cannot buy a bath bar with a fragrance of NONE you can set that as Display Only which forces the customer to make a choice ...

Otherwise, you might consider UNSCENTED as NONE might befuddle the senses ... :smartass:
