Displaying price with & without tax

Hello,

I've already done a search and came accross the following thread on how to display your prices inclusive of tax and excluding tax:

I've done this and it all works ok, however, i stumbled upon the following zen cart site:

If you click on the above link you can see that the price with vat is below, in brackets and also slightly smaller font. How would i go about doing it like this?
