Header Logo's Missing in some browsers.

I have been unable to figure this one out and was hoping for some help.

I have the opportunity to use a large number of home computers and while I'm working on them I will view my website for testing purposes. I have ran into a problem where it seems that on about 50% of the internet explorer browsers I use to view my web site the logo and banner in the header will not show. When I use "view source" the code shows the correct code to show the images.

Does anyone know where I should look to solve this one?

Why do you have it hard coded in your template? and as a PNG older versions of IE can't deal with it.

All of the other .png's show up just fine????
