Drop-ship Set-up In Canada

I have a quick question how do I go about setting up a drop-ship program for Canada? My supplier will ship to me shipping included, but I have to figure out how to cost the shipping of the product to my customer....

This probably seams like a very simple problem, I'm just having a brain freeze kind of week.
