Downloadable Attribute file name

I am having trouble trying to get Zen to recognize the file name I am putting in. I have NEVER had trouble before. I am following the same naming trend that I have used a load of other times. What am I doing wrong??? :huh:

ETA-> The filename is DDiva_KB Deluxe Pack1.zip The webaddress is https://www.digitaldivasdesigns.com/store

The filename is DDiva_KB Deluxe Pack1.zip
Zencart tends not to like zip files with hyphens, underscores, spaces
or UpperCase
Characters.. i..e. deluxepack1.zip should be fine...

1 Turn on GZip

2 Get those monster images down to 3-10k

3 Talk to your hosting site if those speeds do not improve with 1 and 2 and ask to be put on a server that is not so overloaded ...

LOL....I know the images are big. My site was ok before my webhost moved their servers and I had some downtime followed by this insane slowness. How do I turn on GZip? Is that what I do with regard to the attribute weirdness I am experiencing?

In the Configuration ... GZip ... there is a setting to enable this ...

The attribute weirdness I would venture to say is the poor filenaming convention ...

spaces, special characters etc. are evil ... as you have heard tell about ... :cool:

ETA->Figured out the attribute weirdness...there was an inadvertant space after the '.' in .zip.

It says that the site is not Gzipped. But, I have set it to use GZip!
