Admin panel page now blank

Hi...I hope someone can help me with this problem soon. The admin panel of our store was working just fine last night, but now when I tried to log in all I get is a blank page:

I was uploading files for the Ultimate SEO URL today before I discovered this happened, but no files or folders were overwritten during the process. After noticing that there was a blank page where the Admin panel should be, I then removed those files, thinking that somehow they were the problem. I also uploaded a fresh Admin folder, used the fix_cache_key.php, recopied the files from the Admin folder I have saved on my laptop, all to no avail.

I'd really rather not delete and reinstall the entire store if possible, as I'm afraid all of our settings won't copy over and I'll have to spend hours putting everything back to the way it was (I do have an SQL backup from this weekend if needed, though).

Any help will be so appreciated.

I fixed it! It turns out that there was a file in the auto_loaders folder called config.ultimate_SEO.php that somehow became corrupt during uploading. I deleted it and the Admin login page shows right back up. Now I'm going to try to install the Ultimate SEO URL mod again and see if I have the same problem.

Thanks for the update! Always a help to learn these little nuances ... even when it is an add-on that is the source of a problem due to a corrupt file on an upload ... :smile:

yeah...actually, I was using the wrong version of Ultimate SEO URL and didn't know it. It was giving me all kinds of agita because it just would not work no matter what, and then I found out that it doesn't work for 1.3.7 :-)

I since found out about the 3.0 beta version, and will try installing that.
