Google Checkout - Duplicate shipping name FREE SHIPPING! found

First: I didn't post in the google checkout thread because that thing is massive, and impossible to search through ;)
Second: I tried to search for this issue all over, but I'm just not having any luck finding an answer.

So, problem:

Checkout with google checkout fails. The error I see in the integration section of the sandbox site is this:

 Duplicate shipping name FREE SHIPPING! found.

```So, I assume it's complaining about the duplicate FREE shipping sections in that XML, but I can't figure out why.  I only have one shipping module configured, and that's the free shipping one.
Any thoughts?
... and of course, I put this post in the wrong forum.
Admins - any chance you can scoot this post to the community payment module section?
