Attaching files to Shopping Cart

I want to redesign my photo editing business website so that it has shopping carts. I need to have customers be able to upload an image file and then check off each service they would like done to the image (i.e. change background, redden lips, sharpen, etc.) Can Zen Cart be customized to do this?

Yes....File uploading is a built in feature and you need to know that to prevent possible identical named images from overwriting one another that the script changes the file uploaded name to insure uniqueness and the linkage is retained in the admin side.
The remainder can be addressed by creating a base product of some type?? and attaching attributes (additional services) to it that can be selected
