how to restore purchase_orders table??

I upgraded from 1.24 (Linux) to 1.26 (Windows) recently.

A customer for the firxt time ever chose the purchase order option.

However, we discovered that the purchase_orders table is missing.

What is the best way to restore it (1.2.6 version) WITHOUT re-installing ZC etc.

In other words, what's the required mySQL code to be able to add this table to the ZC database so people can use the purchase order option and enter their PO data, etc.??
