Add all Attribute Controllers at once

I am adding rings to my catalog. They all have the same sizes to choose from. When I add a new product is there a way to simply add all the ring sizes (attribute controllers) to the new product instead of inserting them one by one?

When in the attributes controller choose a product which has the attributes already created and the near the top click copy to product or copy to category. You will get a dropdown for choosing the product to copy attributes too, choose product or category needing attribute and then choose update. Click copy
