Major customization of shopping cart page

I would like to make the following changes to my shopping cart page.
you can see a visual example of what i want HERE

-changing 'Qty.' to 'Products'
-Getting rid of the number that would be under 'Qty'
-having the chosen attributes be under the products name, instead of products image.
-Getting rid of 'Image Name' and the price underneath it
-Changing 'Unit' to 'Price'

Re: Major customization of shopping cart page

For where you want text descriptions changed, use the developers tool kit in the admin to grep the files for the term you want to change and then look for the defines for it and change.

This looks to be the product listing page and you ahould first exhaust the settings in the admin.
