Subcategory image same as category image!

Hi, Thanks to all the people volunteering help, for all us beginners!!
Here's my latest problem...
No matter what image I put in for a subcategory, my sidebox shows my category image instead.
Does anyone know how to get the subcategory image, to be different than the category image?
