change language in admin?

Hi!

Ive just installed Zencart, and added an norwegian language pack, ive changed the language in to norwegian in the Localization\Languages in admin, but, its only the shop thats being changed? how do i change to norwegian in admin? if i add a category, i cannot see it in admin pages, only in the shop..
