Changing titles, logos without FTP?

Is there a file manager like there is for OSC that allows you to edit the various constants to change the window titles, etc. and upload your logo's?

That is a good way to trash your files ...

Get a good TEXT editor and FTP program and do your changes correctly ... you will be happier that you did ...
