Amending a customer order

Is it possible to amend a customer order if they've changed there mind and only want 1 product instead of 3 ?
Or is it up to the customer to log back on and change the order themselves ?

This is not built into ZC, however there are a couple of contributions that provide this functionality. Go to the down load section of the ZC site and you will find them.

Personally, I'd rather let the user decide on the quantity of selected products to order. It's like going to a store and the salesman would always be on your back to ask you if it's the right quantity.

In reality, when we're about to purchase something, the cashers only asks if you'd like to purchase something else (depending on places - which I find annoying a little bit). :wink2:
