Adding another Option to the Customer Notifications

I did a search and couldn't find something dealing with this. I wanted to change or add a "Shipped" notification to the Customer Notification dropdown box in the admin. I don't like the default "Delivered", because I need something to show it just shipped. How can I add/change this field?

PS - I posted this in another area yesterday morning, but no one has responded. This section seems a little more active.
