Can't get past Step 1 of 3, Delivery Information

I know this has been done in the past, and I've read through all of those, however I don't think it's the same problem as any of them.

Since I setup a Free Shipping Option in March (over $40 and under 5kg), my other shipping modules don't want to work - Delivery and Flat.

The zones haven't changed and I've gone round and round in circles trying to figure out why it would affect the existing modules that were working...

Any Ideas... Anyone?

Sorry, I should add I am on version 1.2.7 and please ignore the red line at the top of my site - it's been there for over a year now.

Ok, so if I disable the Free Shipping Module, how do I give my clients free shipping for their first order if it is over $40?

I forget off the top of my head if v1.2.7 would be the exact same as v1.3.7 ... it has been a long long time ... :smile:

The Free Shipping Options freeoptions had a bug at some point ... but I do not recall which version fixed it and I cannot recall without loading a v1.2.7 and trying it if you can just overwrite your file:
/includes/modules/shipping/freeoptions.php

with the one from v1.3.7 ...

If you want 2 conditions of >=40 on the Total AND <=5 on the Weight, you would need to customize the code around line 174:

// final check for display of Free Options
      if ($this->ck_freeoptions_total or $this->ck_freeoptions_weight or $this->ck_freeoptions_items) {

And change the or to and ...

This never worked for me... still having the same problem. It's only when people come back to purchase again, not the initial time with the free shipping.

Free Shipping is set to True.

Any other ideas?
