Visa/MC Ecommerce Website Requirments

I just set up my Visa and MasterCard Merchant Account and have a list of requirements from them that my website must adhere to. Zen Cart does not seem to support these things, can anyone tell me if they do or if there is a module that will help out?

1. Website must clearly state how the customers's credit card will be billed. The phrase "Customer credit cards will be billed as (Company Name) has to appear on the checkout page.

2. Website must clearly lists the customer service phone number, email or business address and it must be on one of the check out pages.

3. Terms and conditions must be communicated during the checkout process

4. refund policy must be presented during the checkout process

How are others handling this? I am hoping someone has a module for this or can tell me how to add, better yet it is already in Zen Cart I just need to activate it.

This is not a stock part of the cart but could be added to the checkout payment page without too much trouble.

2. Website must clearly lists the customer service phone number, email or business address and it must be on one of the check out pages.

I would suggest adding those pieces of information to your footer as they would lend credibility to your site.

3. Terms and conditions must be communicated during the checkout process
4. refund policy must be presented during the checkout process

There are already pages in place that you can customize to use for this.

Can you point me in the direction of the exact files that I need to edit for the checkout stuff and the footer? I have a hard time finding my way around the Zen cart setup.
