Still getting blank pages from admin

I was on the forum and I followed the instructions to fix this to no avail. I also used the fix_cache patch as well. Still no luck.

I am running suse 10.0, apache2, php 5.2.0, MySql 5.0.26
Tried Permissions 755(normal for cgi-bin) and 777

Any Ideas?

Thanks
Richard

Re: Still getting blank pages from admin

If you can get to the Tools ... Developer's Tool Kit ...

In the bottom input box type in:
class cache

How many files come up with this and where are they located and what are their paths and names?

Re: Still getting blank pages from admin

Nothing in the admin directory will show up. I tried using the url /admin/login.php as well. I have also reloaded the software twice.

Thanks for helping but I'm still stuck

Re: Still getting blank pages from admin

There are known php bugs that can cause this:
http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=52873&highlight=Execute%2A+5.2%2A

Upgrading to v1.3.7 has a temp work around for this php problem ...

You would also want the most recent PayPal Patch at:

Re: Still getting blank pages from admin

Actually I'm using 1.3.7 so I'll try the posted workaround in your first link.

Thanks again! I'll keep you posted (no pun intended)

Re: Still getting blank pages from admin

Could you post, from your server, without your username and password, the file:
/admin/includes/configure.php

Re: Still getting blank pages from admin

Try reloading all the files for:
/admin

Does this correct the problem?

Re: Still getting blank pages from admin

Hey thanks ... I appreciate it ...

You probably did not do anything wrong ... sometimes files goober up on FTP ...

Always use a good, reliable FTP program such as FlashFXP ...
