Shipping not Showing in Google Checkout

I have been searching for the past 2 days on this forum but have yet to find a solution. Shipping works perfectly with my other merchant account but not with Google. I had it working at one time but now it's no longer working. Any solutions?

Just to be clear, how is it not working?

Is GC putting the billing address for the shipping address, or is it not putting an address at all?

Address is fine but the cost of shipping doesn't appear. It says: (Shipping and tax calculated on next page)

But when you go to the next page there are no shipping fees.
