Expanded Category List - don't show products

I like the expanded category list available in the downloads under sideboxes. However, I'm wondering how it could be modified to not show the product. To only show Categories and sub-categories..

If I'm not mistaken this was answered in another thread (don't remember exactly which one though.)

how can i change the color of the text on my category to match my other text.

also as it look now the category with out sub category look like the are the sub of th eabove category

is their any way i can move that minus sign and move it more to the left?

Change them in the "bettercategories" CSS

admin -> configuration -> layout settings -> Categories SubCategories Indent

add as many   as you need or want.

sorry i was not clear, whati need is to remove the (-) sign next to category with out a sub.
mayby by moving thet sighn it will aline togeter with the catagory with sub

also change the text colors of the cagories

as of now the category with no sub look like the are subs of the line above with the arrow
also if it is possible i like to move the arrow to the right of the names not on their left

You are using the "better categories" mod not the "expanded category list"

The arrow and minus sign are default icons for that mod.

Do a search for "better categories" you'll probably find the answers you need there.

Getting back to the original post... I too was looking for something like this...but couldn't find it. Here is a link to my edited version of the Expanded Category List that does not show the products but only the categories and sub-categories. Hope this helps. :cool:
