Trouble with changing information titles

Hello
I have managed to change the conditions of use link to the title I want but now the page has gone when I click on it. If I click on it I get this:

  and when I click on Box information conditions I get this

I've looked at the files mentioned and I can't see what I need to alter. I've just changed the files mentioned in all the threads and in the faqs so I don't know what I've done wrong.
Sorry if this seems like a stupid question, but can any one advise me?

I can't work out what I did wrong :( I decided to add the link in the more information box instead which took about a minute to do!
