One-page order form listing all products?

We would like to make available a simple one-page order form that lists all products in our store - no images, one product per line with just the basic info (title, sku, qty in stock), and an input box for qty to order on each line.

It's for a wholesale site where most customers are repeat customers, and don't necessarily have the time or need to click category by category to buy what they want.

Anyone aware of anything like this being done already? I hate to reinvent the wheel but it's probably going to be necessary since I'm betting this is a somewhat unique request. I've searched through quite a few threads already and can't seem to find anything like this.

If not, I'd appreciate any suggestions on how to get started on our own. Which file would make the most sense to copy and modify? Or would we need to just build something from scratch?

I would suggest to start with the All Products listing, but I think that doesn't have the multiple add to cart with qty boxes that you want.
You might copy/link all the products into an "Order Form" category, and then tweak the product listing for that category only. It would take a bit of custom coding to use the custom listing for one category, but paring down the product listing should be relatively simple. You might need to clone the product_listing.php, tpl_modules_product_listing.php and maybe others...
Sounds like a useful mod if you get it going. I have seen others ask for something like this.

Did you ever get this figured out so you can have all your products on a single form? I am doing the exact same thing for a client who has wholesale customers who want to check out FAST.
