HTML in products and reviews

Hi there,

posted this elsewhere but thought i'd try hear as well.

Can anyone think why when i create a new product or edit a review and add in some html, any html, even '<br />' as soon as i click Preview I get taken to the home page of my website, not https://www.jessicarobinson.com/cart but https://www.jessicarobinson.com/

it's confusing me.....everything else seems to work but i can't do ANY formatting.

Clues?

What version of Zen Cart?

What editor are you using when you're adding the HTML?

What addons/contributions/mods have you installed?

What customizations have you made?

What product type are your products based on?

What is the URL of the page just "before" you click the "Preview" button?
