Charge shipping by discount group?

Hi folks,

We offer free shipping for most customers, but we'd like to be able to have ZC charge shipping for wholesale/bulk orders. Is there a way to use free shipping by default, but not offer free shipping for customers flagged in a certain Discount Group?
