Newsletter subscribe box

I'd like to have a newsletter subscribe box like this site has:

http://www.moffettsmilitarymemories.com/index.php?main_page=index

so I can have newsletter sign ups with out them having to create an account in my cart.

Please help

Yes, you are correct,
First do a search on Newsletters and read about them.
Ok, download section and look for the mod Newsletters.
