All Prduct set on Special

Is there any way to set all product item on special instead going on 1 at a time in catalog/special? I want to set every items i have for sale on 10% special.

There is not a simple method ... but this could be written do empty the specials table then fill it with a special for each product ...

Or, there is an add-on to put the whole store on discount ... but you do not see the discount until checkout ...
