One product, different sizes / colors

Hello all, Im sure many of you have done this before but Im not sure how...

-I have one product. It has different sizes and different colors.
-I dont want to make a new product listing for every color and size for this product.
-I want to list the product, and in the product details page have a dropdown that the user can choose their size and color from.
-This information will then show up in their shopping cart along with the product.
-An example of my product I want help to do this to is: http://www.untitled-project.com/zen-cart-en/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=2

This members site is a perfect example of the functionality I want to have: http://store.pinkpuppydesigns.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2

Can anyone point me to a post/contribution/ or answer as to how to do this?

Thank you very much for your help!
