how to change in internet explorer header

on the internet explorer blue bar above the URL BAR, ALONG SIDE WHERE YOU WOULD NORMALY CLOSE THE PAGE, it say's (zen! the art of E-commerce ) how can i change it, i cant find any option on zen cart, please help,

You can change it by editing your meta_tags.php in includes/languages/english

This will change when you start to work on your Meta Tags....

Go to your /includes/languages/english/ folder and copy meta_tags.php to YOURTEMPLATE/meta_tags.php

around line 10 look for the following:
// page title
define('TITLE', 'Zen Cart!');

// Site Tagline
define('SITE_TAGLINE', 'The Art of E-commerce');

Rember to place your new text between the two ' '

there is no meta tags in those directorys, can they be named as anything else,
