UPS XML Module? Where can I download it at?

As I thought I needed the international option, I did recently work with the "lame duck". It pretty much does what I need, but that's now, after fixing and amending some things.
I added several lines for a simple negotiated rates support, but then I got stuck for a while, with a 1% reduction. Reason for this is that the test and production URL were the same.
Now, I'm not sure if I put the wrong URL in in the first place, or if that was a bug, but I changed the production URL and now it works a treat.

I'd happily share the code, but don't know much about versioning or upgrades of zen cart modules. Is there anything to look out for? My version needs one more configuration value (shipper number), all the rest takes place in the upsxml.php module. And of course, more importantly: is it worth the hassle? Is there something that deals better with the UPS API, that I overlooked when I was looking for the right module to use?
