Turn off REQUIRED in attributes

Turn off REQUIRED in attributes

I have an attribute option that is set to TEXT. I have all products using this and it's set to REQUIRED. I need to turn it OFF. Is there a way to do a MASS TURN OFF with a click of a button?

Just post on this the other day ... now what was that handy dandy SQL statement ... :unsure:

Oh yeah ...

BACKUP your database first ...

Did you back it up?

This will remove all of the require settings:

UPDATE products_attributes SET attributes_required = 0;
